very well-positioned specialist store with competent employees, my special request for tailor-made and tied display goods - several small pieces - was promptly taken care of (other carpet stores reject something like that unfortunately) ... 2 days from order to collection, it couldn't be faster; Free parking right in front of the door and lots of other shops available ... highly recommended, which I would also like to do!

Appointment made in the branch for measuring / installing. The day was then scheduled. Information about the exact time should come in the weeks before. However, did not come. The bell then of course rang on the deadline when you were not there. Question: can't you tell the customer (morning / afternoon) when the Hammer employees will come, as with any other company? Why do you provide all data such as telephone number etc.? It is a shame for the customer and a shame for the lady yesterday as ordered and not picked up. # Shake your head

I actually wanted to buy blackout curtains, but the seller was just as perplexed and couldn't help me with my size. In my opinion, the fabric she showed me is suitable for sewing decorative fabrics to darken. So specialist advice I imagine differently and I can order fabric alone and pay e.g. Half of Buttinette! I.
