We ordered a sofa and paid for it directly in advance. Then the big shock, after 8 weeks the order was simply canceled! Now 10 weeks have passed since the order ... I can only recommend to everyone: Buy from the cheapest furniture store than this one, otherwise you will be without furniture. Dear Mr. Managing Director, if you manage to deliver my goods, I would be happy to delete my rating. Dear reviewer, if you can still see this review after weeks or months, then assume that I have not received my goods, so be careful!

I am fully satisfied .... the parts could be marked for faster assembly, but the delivery came on time and complete. With the price-performance ratio you shouldn't expect quality like high-quality furniture that costs 4 times as much, but it looks good and fulfills its purpose. Anyone looking for inexpensive furniture is well advised here.

Yesterday we got debris from a bathroom cabinet. Broken mirror. The reaction from the customer service: It could be damage caused by us. It is a bottomless meanness to say such a thing. We hadn't even unpacked the box when we heard broken pieces. This furniture etc. is produced cheaply somewhere in Poland and then delivered here via several detours. We have been waiting for a simple bathroom cabinet for 6 weeks. And then still defective. Feldmann-Wohnen shows no concession here. At first there was talk of a few days, and then somehow the date on E-Bay (the delivery) was postponed to several days in the future. Unfortunately we have to assign one star, but this one is still too much! Catastrophe !

Absolutely not to be recommended! I can only advise anyone to order from Feldmann. When ordering, a delivery time of 10-15 days is specified. As soon as you place the order you will be informed by email that the delivery will be extended by 3-4 weeks. Now after almost 3 months without being contacted and informed by Feldmann, nothing has turned up. I was offered a ridiculous compensation (reimbursement of the shipping costs) which has not yet been paid even after 2 weeks. Today the kitchen should be delivered between 7-11 a.m. Nobody turned up, when I called 8 times the shipping company informed them that part of the order had been lost and was therefore not being delivered. Phoned Feldmann and phoned a rather unfriendly gentleman. I should wait for a statement from the shipping company, if a part is lost or damaged, it is quite possible that I will have to wait several months for delivery. I was denied access to a supervisor or adequate compensation. I have never had such a bad and outrageous experience with an order.

Great, everything to the best of satisfaction. Missing parts of the kitchen were delivered without any problems. Kitchen of outstanding quality if you know how to put it together. But you learn quickly. I would definitely recommend it! Great! Good communication!
