We received professional advice and felt very comfortable. A lot of time was taken for us. Adjusting the engagement ring wasn't a problem either, as the original purchase was one size too small. We like to come back to choose wedding rings. :) Thank you for your support!

We picked up our upgraded wedding rings today. We got married 20 years ago. The rings already looked well worn and the ladies' ring was widened very badly by another jeweler a long time ago. The task was: widen the women's ring, polish the worn pattern smooth, re-engrave the grooves, insert 3 diamonds. Also polish the men's ring smooth and re-engrave the grooves there too. Furthermore, a very high quality ladies ring was given to widen and polish up. When you picked it up, another ring you had brought with you was professionally widened within 5 minutes. Originally the idea was whether new wedding rings should be bought or whether it was worth upgrading. The advice on this was great. A lot of time was taken for very professional advice. And the result leaves nothing to be desired. The rings look like new. So the advice on the decision to upgrade was correct. So big praise to the dark-haired saleswoman and also big thanks to Mr. Sattler for the great work. Really strong. We will definitely be back and recommend you to others.

Some time ago I used the services of this studio for a watch service. The present employee was stressed and unfriendly. I didn't even get a receipt with the serial number and make for the high-quality watch. For the service on the clock, I can only give the grade 6. A rework was rejected. I went to another watch studio and had the watch repaired there. For the inadequate service in the Sattler watch studio, I paid four times what the other studio took for it. A consultation with 2 other watchmakers showed that they also take the prices, which were 4 times cheaper than the Sattler watch studio. My conclusion, my experience with this business: bad customer service, bad service, inflated price. Never again !!!
