Very disappointed.
Delivery time of 2 1/2 hours for a portion of pasta and a pizza.
I can understand that there is a lot going on on a Sunday but that is really a mess.
After calling 5 times there, someone answered the phone
The snotty answer we got was ... "Oh, I've heard that about 40 times today" very outrageous because the boss should take action if he wants to keep his customers.

One would prefer not to give a star, but you have to give one. The most expensive delivery service with the worst service in Rostock. How can it be that such a large chain like Smiley‘s Pizza can't keep normal delivery times (45-60min). I ordered pasta twice and had to wait two hours for it to be delivered, and only after multiple calls. You can understand that sometimes an employee is absent or there is a high order volume, but you don't know until yesterday that the order volume is always higher on Sundays than on other days. Sorry that you can't get that under control. And then they don't even apologize for the delay - on the contrary, the driver doesn't even get a "hello or good evening or bye." For the prices you ask, the service is really bad. In the future we will order elsewhere, where the customer is still king.
