Very friendly staff, if it is there. Waiting times are very (!) Long, but technicians do their job properly and explain what they actually do exactly when needed.

The biggest bastard !! It is always "passed on to the technicians". In my apartment there has been no hot water or heating for 4 days now, it is not even possible to take a shower or wash properly !! The company has been around since the first day, but nothing is happening here. Unfortunately I don't notice anything of German professionalism anymore !! Really very disappointing what you get here, I pay my rent and utilities but this company can't even get a technician to do repairs or at least have a look at the problem !! Only bad
