Following the recommendation of colleagues, we booked a short short break. Unfortunately our vacation was a nightmare. We complained to the travel agency, but to date we have received no response to our complaint. Bad customer service

Unfortunately, I experienced here the total nightmare for what the very friendly staff nothing. I booked a trip on Sonnenklar and what I did not know, behind the contract was another provider. Everything else can be asked about me. Confirmed documents I can show.
