Communication with A-Rosa is underground! There just aren't any! No money will be paid out for canceled trips. Nobody can be reached there. It's a shame you don't make friends like that. I will never book with this company again because of the communication. At Aida we got our money back ...

I cannot recommend Arosa river trips to anyone - the lowest level!
Not to be recommended under these conditions, had booked a buffet, were served menus by Corona. Not a right choice, the portions wouldn't even have filled anyone in kindergarten. Information when going ashore in relation to Corona is zero. Only the cabin was clean and big enough. In these circumstances, we will not choose this type of travel again.
