I am so happy and can only recommend the cosmetic studio to others. A huge thank you and I felt very well taken care of. And every time I look in the mirror now, I'm happy about my eyebrows.

I had an eyelash extension done by one of the employees there. It's a shame that you can't add photos here. On the first day, a whole tuft came off the individual eyelashes. One day later I went to the store to find a solution, because it looked terrible and it pricked like pinpricks because the eyelashes were completely stuck together by the glue. I got the answer that I had to wait a week until there was time to look. A week later I went there again, because I couldn't take it anymore and my eyelids started to blink with everyone because of the glue residue. The said employee then came from Wernigerode to Halberstadt and fortunately wanted to remove my eyelashes. The adhesive kept getting in my eye and it even tore off my natural eyelashes. The highlight of it all is that she told me that if I wanted to have new eyelashes, then I would have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment with her, whereupon I replied that I would prefer to see someone else. She answered me in a really nasty tone, which I would then have to pay 120 € for the new edition. IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM IF I WERE SATISFIED WITH AND DON'T PAY 120 € FOR "PERSONAL INJURY"! The question I ask myself ... I have now seriously paid money for walking around for a week with eyelashes that looked like they had stuck to 1st grade students and, above all, I was allowed to go after my eyelashes were "removed" Glue in the still existing artificial eyelashes. So she couldn't completely remove it because she kept running the glue solution into my eye and still pulled out my real eyelashes with her. End of the story .. I now have broken eyelashes, had to go to the ophthalmologist because of the strong redness and swelling of my eyes due to the glue solution and I didn't get my money back even though I didn't enjoy my eyelashes for a day. If I could, I would give -5 stars for so much cheek on the part of this one snappy employee! I hope and think that the other eyelash worker is better and also more conscientious. I couldn't get any other picture of the store and its staff. So it may well be possible that it is great in other areas.
