Good afternoon, dear Jysk team.
I wanted to give a very big compliment to the branch in Gotha. The shop assistants there are always friendly and helpful. Even with the most vicious customers, the shop assistants keep calm and do not allow themselves to be provoked. As a customer, I was able to experience live what kind of people you have to deal with in sales. The customers who were in front of me behaved badly. They insulted the saleswomen in the worst possible way. I do not want to pass on the words that were uttered there by the customer. It is a miracle for me that the saleswomen resisted with silence! I would have sent the customers out of the store with a ban and not in a low voice! Hats off to the team from Gotha.

If you couldn't give stars I would give them. The first saleswoman wasn't nice and the second wasn't better. We didn't buy any more as a matter of principle and preferred to go to Erfurt, where they are much nicer.

My husband was supposed to buy a mattress on Saturday but unfortunately the saleswoman was apparently overwhelmed and pammed him when he asked if she could help him. He left the shop without a mattress and he won't go shopping there either! Fortunately, there is still a bed dorm in Walthershausen with friendly staff.
It's a shame that you have to make detours.
