This "service company" only gets a star because less is impossible! The word "closeness to the citizen" is a foreign word for the employees of this authority. Notices are only given with room numbers because there is no personal contact person. Service??? Zero. A piece of advice to employees: If you stay hidden behind your decrees, orders, instructions and laws, keep your head in the sand. The citizen is there for you! Like 60 years ago, great. It's true once again: "You hang the little ones and let the big ones run". Keep it up.

Despite Corona, you will be received personally. In contrast to other offices, you can always reach someone by phone. Parking is available right in front of the door.

I hope that the management of the office is aware that there are very good employees here. Due to changed conditions, I am now dealing with several departments. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Especially an employee in the area of ​​input tax. But will not post the name publicly. Thanks again for your patience.
