First class unprofessionalism. The one thing a payroll clerk cannot afford is negligence. The transition to negligence is fluid at Wage Direct. E-mails are answered using a coin-tossing technique, and the problems you burden yourself with justify the higher cost of a healthier alternative.

Yes was offered for € 3.50 per employee on the Internet. At the time I had 4 employees, it became about € 50 for four employees. That was the first problem.
Because there were always problems with software this could be solved with several phone calls and feature difficulties.
Since the billing was not correct for a month, we were forced to make a change. At the last billing, several colleagues were to be deregistered, which unfortunately did not happen, as a result we had major problems with the cash register.
Now they charge € 7.99 per employee for a correction.
We have been a customer of Lohndirekt since 2002 and we still feel competent after so many years. When working with people may of course also make mistakes - I think that's just part of it! If there were problems, they could always be removed from the world. We can definitely recommend the company.
Unfortunately, the company has employees who have little competence in preparing pay slips. This company has not been able to correct erroneous pay slips for months.
The employee had apparently forgotten to retrieve an ELStAM notification. The call was then made months later, at a time when a new ELStAM had already been made available. However, the employee then used the data from the old ELStAM for the pay slips and thereby retrospectively deleted and already entered allowances!
