Nice place to sit, cake flavours are unusual but nice
The cakes are amazing and the décor with all the pots is iconic... BUT if the pots are part of my identity, I would expect great coffee in a barista fashion and not some digital-push-button-brew... It seems lazy. Sorry.
Lovely cafe with very charming surroundings (both indoor and outdoor). We had the shared breakfast plate and a slice of chocolate strawberry cake. The breakfast plate was excellent, the cake looked beautiful but the taste was just ok, as it was quite dry. This was a bit disappointing for a place that is known for their cakes. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend the place for having delicious breakfast and enjoying a nice summer day in the gorgeous garden.
The cake and coffee is good, but the service was terrible. Staff is really unfriendly.
An average little Café experience. I believe you can get breakfast here too but we were denied such fancy feast. The aesthetic was nice with all the teapots hanging around but it felt a little crowded with them hanging so low. In the mornings you'll meet lots of elderly folks here so try to drop by after 12 o'clock. But not too late either, we got moved as a business event happened soon after so I guess it's just luck if you're gonna get a seat or not.
The cake tasted good tho!
The waitresses were most likely stressed from dealing with the massive amount of old people so which is why I assume they weren't so friendly to us.
