Probably the best coffee you can purchase in Flensburg. Are you looking for a fancy high quality coffee machine? Look no further. The very friendly owners can help you to get some really serious coffee equipment that will definitely boil the envy of your friends coming over at your place. Be careful, they might like to come over a lot to get more of this delicious liquid. Just be clever and send them to this shop, here they can get an excellent coffee too and pay for them selves...
The only question that arises is whether this company owner is even interested in a business transaction. That a customer does not come back with such "customer service" and unfriendly behavior should be obvious. Personally, I have NEVER experienced such behavior towards customers. My wife and I say "goodbye"
If you really want to drink delicious espresso, this is the place for you. We recommend.
Unfortunately we are disappointed with the visit to this shop. With our request to recommend a good coffee, we obviously hit a nerve. Annoyed, the owner rattled down some information and gave us a clear message that he found it senseless to explain something to us. Obviously we did not meet his clientele. After all, he drives us out of the store with the words "with your coffee machine, you better stay with cheap coffee". Maybe he should consider a change of location outside of a pedestrian zone in his ideas about the desired clientele.
I can only confirm the bad experience, absolutely customer-unfriendly, treatment like a troublemaker, no cash payment possible, even with small amounts.
