Nice telephone contact with an employee. The seller was just not available to arrange a test drive because he was talking to a customer. I should call you again in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, he started another conversation with a customer 2 minutes ago and therefore had no time. I then told the nice employee that he can call me when he has time. Left my number and the agent assured me I should get a call back the same day. I haven't heard anything for two days and have now found a car dealership where it is no problem to take a test drive and will buy the car on Monday.
This is how you keep customers at bay. I got happy anyway. Just stop somewhere else.
You go in and immediately feel good.
You can tell that they don't just want to sell cars, they want the best for the customer.
It's not that typical either you buy a car now or you go.
Service is a real 1+.
