Absolute horrible customer service! I write to BMW Bauer's service leader in the beginning of October 2018 regarding a price for a certain service job on a special model. As I do not receive any answer, one week later I write him again. Still no answer. I then write to their main e-mail address. I receive a reply from the reception desk where they want my VIN number. I send them the information and wait. Again no answer. Two weeks later I call them and ask why it is so difficult to reply me. The guy I talk to will check the e-mails I have sent and call back to me as soon as possible. This is a month ago now and I have still not heard anything. It must be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They know what they are doing,also when they want some money from you.Be very aware of what they try to sell to you extra.They tried to sell me a muffler because the one i had was rusty.They are always rusty,and there wasnt a hole in the oh-so-rusty muffler when i sold the car 3 years after.That had been 700-800 euro thrown out of the window.
