No identification with Jaguar's values. First KD of my E-Pace Bj 2019, 22,000Km. The service reception and the conversation were limited to the bare minimum. The mechanics' job was fine. The dealership does not offer a solution to my problem. Since the 9th month and 10,000km I have had the problem of screeching brakes. Repairs at your own expense were useless. Complaint to management remained unanswered. Jaguar DEU obtained the reimbursement of the repair costs, but the screeching brakes remained. When asked about the problem again, the service employee said that there was nothing he could do. In the end, he confirmed the statement that screeching brakes were normal for the premium brand Jaguar. I am shocked and I have no words. Incredibly arrogant and hands off this dealership.

In times of a car industry in transition, technological change of an unprecedented extent, I consider a consultation in the true sense essential; at Volvo / Jaguar / Landrover / Ford-Nehrkorn I got more than just this. I have been a customer primarily at BMW, was not generally dissatisfied there. With such a designated expert from the strike of a Hr. Witt in the dealership Nehrkorn, however, I had not yet to do. No empty phrases, no typical occupational behavior: friendliness, openness, expertise (technical as well as economic). This man would certainly be good for any industry. When my new Jaguar was handed over, I had the impression that the employees were genuinely happy. Many thanks to the team (of course also to very good fellow salesmen / inside)! The BMC / R.Cam. Song "500PS" in the ear I drove yesterday happy from the yard.

I wonder about the supposedly positive reviews for this totally incompetent dandruff. I was with my Jaguar XJ (older model), there and the gentlemen had 1st no plan, 2nd were unbelievable, really unbelievably unfriendly 3rd explained me etc. that there are no more checkbooks, that you could order spare parts on good luck, but there is no guarantee and they do not know anyway what to do with the car and it would be better to simply buy a new car, of course a Jaguar from Them!?! I stupid to see how these bandits tick .. and I would have been really stupid or I would have had no idea that pulled me down there icy cold. Bottom drawer of this shed !! I was then at a smaller workshop and my car is running since then again without any problems .. in the checkbook I've also registered (what it supposedly no longer exists, something you do not have these days ... lol) I had paid 500 € .. have told me it would cost at least € 3,000 up ... Bandits and no plan of the matter .. NO BOTH !!
