Very helpful and friendly service
It is actually enough to write that I live in Munich and still buy my car from Herr Ehrlich in Flensburg.
As a customer, one cannot wish for better advice and implementation. Mr. Ehrlich responds to requests and knows how to advise individually as required. From A to Z - always top! Many Thanks!
Bought my new car there and still regret it today. Agreements are not kept, the blame is shifted to other, FORMER employees (of course, it's easy). I changed immediately.
After spending 30 minutes in the sales room and getting a coffee from the machine myself and demonstratively sitting in front of the table of a seller who was not present (despite a previous phone call), I finally drove again. Another gentleman present had previously assured that the seller would probably have to come soon. But he made no move to look for him or to reach him by phone. The same was true for a female employee who occupied another table but did not notice me.
A second attempt the next day brought about a sales pitch with a written offer, which was to be followed by an appointment for a test drive. This experience was 2 weeks ago - without a test drive or at least an attempt at contact.
In the meantime I have ordered a car from another large German manufacturer 100 m away and left almost € 60,000 there. There the customer is obviously still worth something. You get attention from all sides and you feel very welcome. I only give the two stars in this rating because I find the car developed by VW convincing. Unfortunately, the sales department has no part in this.
Drove there with a screw in the tire and without an appointment on Friday. A few hours later I was able to pick up my car with a fresh tire. Great service !!! 👍
