I got an appointment for an inspection. I was welcomed and served in a very friendly manner. That was different. Keep it up.
No clear operating structure can be seen here. Are they now trading with Renault or Dacia or Citroen? Wasn't there also Nissan? Who is responsible for what? Which cars are where on the company premises? Why doesn't the seller call back? At least he tried hard, but was also a little indifferent ...

I was given very competent (experienced staff) and friendly advice.
It was a minor matter and I was helped quickly and free of charge.
