Complete disaster, I have never met so little service-minded people. An agreed 1,5 hour service turned out into a 3 hours "no contact, no info, no update" waiting time in the toyotas customer area. A short update could/would make a difference but no, let's ignore the customer policy is so much better in their eyes. After nearly 10 years of being their customer I have to say: sorry, I do not recommend this place.

Very good service on a normal price. They are both good on the service you asked for but also to check for potential problems. If the service take a long time, you can rent a carta and go around while they repair the car.
