I went to the DEKRA station without an appointment because I needed assistance checking a used car. Extremely friendly and competent service by a very dedicated staff. You certainly do not experience that everywhere.

Good service. Bought environmental plan to run in Umweltzone in the big cities in Germany. They even served just after closing time. Cost 5 euros. They do not take VISA credit cards.
