Wouldn't even give a star. Staff pretty rude and unprofessional! Siezen probably don't know them and if you point it out to them, they threaten to be banned from the house .. for one of the ladies they almost wanted to take the curtains off the clothes closet, even though the lady said she was changing. And this only because the lady before had shown her friend a top in her cabin without a mask. Then the employee yelled that she had to wear a mask while she was changing. - I wonder who wears a mask when you want to put on a sweater? Very low level. Not only is there a lack of queuing, but also logical thinking.
