The worst possible experience with dentists ever! Prepare yourself for loooong waiting after appointment. What I witnessed is that they have 2 patients at the same time and only one doctor. Doctors do not speak English, except young doctor dr Riedel (individual compliments to him) and if you do not speak german, DO NOT go there. First time they kept me wait 1 hour before the doctor appeared. Dr Marashi didn't even say sorry for keeping me waiting that long! After that (over poor translation) she said that she doesn't have time for full treatment, and without any preparation of the hole, she put temporary filling in my tooth which fell off the same evening!!! Second visit was OK with dr Riedel. Thank you. The third visit - again the same. I have asked for 2 minutes to think about which treatment to choose, and the doctor went to see other patient and didn't show up half an hour! Unbelievable! And the prices are like in London!!! Worst experience ever! ADDITION: After the other dentist's explanation, figured out that also dr Riedel was negligent and caused nerve inflammation with too aggressive drilling and not putting preparation layers before the filling. Disaster.

Really good clinic in city centrum. After they work no scare of doctora anymore. Thx for your work.

The one star only stands for the nice ladies and gentlemen at the reception, otherwise I would give minus 10 stars. Mr. Riedel told me on July 17th Three teeth pulled. After that I was always in pain and was there almost every day. But I was not helped, had the feeling that I was not taken seriously. Constant pain day and night. Especially me as a very anxious patient, which Mr. Riedel also knew. Once again made very bad experiences. I have now changed dentists and was sent straight to the oral surgeon ... everything was infected and the bone was totally exposed. I then had a maxillofacial surgery with a lot of pain. Even the professor just shook his head. I would like to ask for compensation for pain and suffering, but there is little success. Just wanted to warn the patient ... never the dentist Riedel

I was a patient in this practice for one year and was treated by about 6 different dentists during this time, because the previous dentists were suddenly no longer there. That was super annoying. Something doesn't seem to be going well internally, but that's not my beer either. I am glad that I have finally changed.

I am very satisfied with the dentists Dr.dent Warnke and Dr.dent Marashi. They are very knowledgeable doctors. You can quickly book appointments / online /. A friendly team. I can only recommend this dental practice.
