Have once again been at Kay Einfeldt in Flensburg. I have always had good and fair treatment, but I have NEVER been a fan of going to a dentist. I left the star happy with a fixed tooth. I was this time at Nina, who is super capable, very explained and considerate. Perhaps more or less she coughed my dental cares with her calm and comfortable being. TAK 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I can in no way recommend this doctor (Kay simpleldt). What an ugly experience to get with that doctor. We had called and asked for price since we already had a price estimate from "Good smile" in DK. I chose to drive out to them as it was cheaper and because it was online that the doctor speaks Danish and is trained in kbh. Unfortunately, however, I did not know that a big idiot named kay simply expected me. He treated me VERY disrespectfully. I have never experienced similar behavior .. I had to wait over 45 minutes in the living room, on the chair. I could not understand why to wait for so long, so I asked the secretary said there was normal, which of course it is not when you have agreed a time well in advance. I became impatient and felt very insecure when they closed the door .. I sat in the chair and did not know what was going on .. When the doctor finally arrived after some time, the doctor stated that it costs much more than the price we had agreed. I asked for an explanation as the price was close to the price I got in Dk and was higher than I had stated. Then the doctor will NOT give an explanation and just suddenly he would not do the treatment for me. He took my health insurance certificate and threw it on the floor. because there are several reasons " He said in a rude way that I should go. I tried to explain again that we only want an explanation of price so he said that he will not explain to me any explanation and that he will not help us. What an ugly experience to be in this clinic. Sweet assistant who tried to comfort me over the miserable doctor Kay simply. There came another doctor (reiner) who understood my situation but couldn't tell me why doctor kay behaved that way. Reinar offered a time when he could treat me, but I will never run out to them again .. Ps. Kay speaks good Danish, so there is no misunderstanding. I would in no way recommend this doctor who has no service or humanity at all .. In addition, very disrespectful !!!!

Super nice treatment right from the moment you step in the door. I couldn't even be allowed to speak German. I'm not going anywhere else.

A really good experience. Super prof. Dentist and staff. Can only be recommended. 👍
