Today I went to the dentist without an appointment and immediately got an appointment in the afternoon. Very friendly dentist. I was informed before my treatment and also competently advised. On my request for professional teeth cleaning information was given about it. Unfortunately, this month I did not get an appointment for the professional cleaning of the teeth and asked for a telephone answer in case of a patient's cancellation. The treatment was absolutely professional and I was repeatedly asked during the treatment if everything was ok. I got a filling under local anesthesia and am absolutely thrilled with the result! The doctor and the assistants made a very competent impression and acted also very competent and friendly. I felt very comfortable during the treatment, before and after. The atmosphere was also very reassuring and pleasant. Thank you very much Dr. med. Stappert & Team. Highly Recommended.

Now I would also like to add my mustard here. I'm speechless about the things that are written here. I particularly liked this grumble because the doctor had no empathy. Irony out again. First of all, Dr. Stappert is not a pediatrician but a dentist and is really very friendly. I am also a patient with fear, but I do not expect that I will be hugged and that a comforting teddy bear must be on my lap during the treatment. So much for empathy. In addition, Dr. Stappert is a calm and factual person who now knows exactly what he is doing. And as far as tooth cleaning is concerned. It is offered to every patient. If you can't pay, you don't have to do it. I can only say good things about the staff. Everyone is very friendly, period. But as always, this world must deal with troublemakers.
