Herr Dr. med. dent. Henning Brock

Last year my 3 year old son and I went to Dr. Brock. The entire practice team was very friendly and took care of him with a lot of time and calm. Since then he has been going there regularly and with pleasure (!). The team always tries hard and there is really nothing to complain about.

Professionally, the man may well be good - I can not judge, because we were there only once a Saturday with an emergency. (Mid-March 2019) We were with our Lütten (4.5 years) on site. On the registration form we had registered "stunning only by arrangement" ... did not take place. Bad, just when it's done to a kid. Since the lodge was already scary schonmal. As it continued then she became restless and we asked him to pause for a while. Did not do it. Really bad. When she went on crying, he shouted at her to pull herself together, saying, "What are the other patients thinking?" - Without words. Both my girlfriend and I were shocked by such a way. We will not go back there!

Dr. Brock has been my dentist for many years and I can only report good things. I was never dissatisfied with anything - his work has always been great. The practice ALWAYS made a very neat impression over the years and I have practically never experienced any waiting times. All in all, this dental practice is exactly what I imagine for myself and a competent partner in the field of dental health. I thank you for it.
