Frau Dr. med. Jutta Berger-Roscher

The practice of Dr. Berger-Rocher is the only one in Flensburg that works without appointments - in which acute issues can be dealt with. Try to get an appointment with the other doctors under 4 months - no chance. You just have to accept the amazing waiting times and "sit ins" in the stairwell from 6:30 pm. Oh yes - and the lady is well into retirement age and is still practicing - she does not take away a doctor from working and would not be replaced. Apart from that, she has enormous experience and ideas beyond the school doctor, is friendly and determined - everything is good :-)

I have really experienced a lot but what I have experienced in this practice is a number in itself. I parked in a place that is labeled with the following: Practice Dr.med. Berger Roscher private parking lot Unauthorized parking prohibited, etc. Ok, I parked there because I thought this parking lot belonged to the practice and the patients, but still wanted to be sure and ask again at reception. The queue was long, the lady at the reception was in her late seventies, didn't make fast progress, took forever. Just before I got there, the doctor came and told you that someone was parking in your parking lot. Of course I said that I was standing there. She came up furious and knocked me out in the worst possible way. At the end she said: "I will not treat you now or in the future. You are no longer allowed to go to my practice. She did not even let me speak. It is already very thirty and disrespectful to give someone a house ban because of a parking lot that is not even clearly marked. She thinks she is the only dermatologist in Germany and can do anything.

Had to wait almost 3.5 hours before it was my turn, so only 4 stars. Very friendly sisters in the registration and Frau Doktor Berger-Roscher was just very thorough and very kind. You are happy to accept the long waiting time.

Team on the phone rude and no appointment - it is said right away that there are always very long waiting times - you immediately get the impression that you are not welcome.
