Very nice on the phone and promise you the blue from the sky. But there is no waiting for a call back. I would have liked to be told at least that no order is currently being placed and I can then look elsewhere, which has also happened in the meantime.

Can I join the other comments directly. Often on the spot quickly, with good solutions and solid designs. All employees have a pleasant and competent demeanor. I have been working with Förde Haustechnik for several years and I am very satisfied.

Unfriendly customer service, I don't bring people like that into my mother's house again. At that time, the employees would not have allowed themselves such things.

Great, not a greedy company! Dishwasher pulls no water u.befor I order someone to repair, I was advised by the super nice telephone operator, but just once the Zulaufhahn a u.aus to use (wg.Aquastop) Behold, small problem with the effect, saved a lot of money, everything works again!
