I came in to get my laptop fixed and Christian, the shop owner's son, started fixing it immediately. What normally most places would do in a few days, Christian fixed and finished by the next morning. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and offers reasonable prices. Highly recommend Bits & Bytes!!!

Very nice team, they always give you good advice

Unfortunately, I can only advise against visiting this shop. I had given my computer in for repair and then only got an external hard drive back with the information that the computer itself could not be repaired, but the data could be saved. They asked me about 160 euros. The computer was only given to me when I asked. Since diagnosing the problem struck me as strange, I took that same computer to another computer store for inspection. There the computer could be completely repaired for 50 € and since then it has been running flawlessly for several months. Conclusion: Either they wanted to cheat me with bitsandbytes or they did their work very sloppily there.

Wanted to sell me something for 250 euros, which I arranged quickly and easily at the computer store in Heinrichstrasse for 20 euros. No recommendation.
