SATURN

Nothing special...just one of the two biggest electronic market stores in Germany. Fair prices including special offers and a lack of good service and don't think about to find i.e. a specialist PC specialist in the store if you need one... Don't get Me wrong, people who are working here are friendly and care about you as a customer...the company is the problem.

WARNING - VORSICHT - ATTENTION I purchased a Laptop and 3 years insurance. and when I sent the device to them for a tiny problem, they never give it back.!!!

Good. Staff speaks English and is helpful. Sometimes you’ll have to wait quite some time to get help/service. Get more staff Saturn !

This shop is a SCAM! Bought a device online, payed for it. Expected delivery time: 3-6 workdays. 2 weeks have passed since then already - not even an email from then, let alone stuff that I payed for. What is worse, literally NO customer service: hotline is dead - no answer, no response to emails. After calling for 5 days and waiting on the line for hours a guy answered and told me there is nothing they can do: neither get me my stuff , nor my money back. Surely these are hard times. But this company is hardly a struggling small business (more than a hundred of shops in DE) Take money from people and then ghost them. Is this ok? I dont think so. Shame on you, Saturn.
