It's been more than 5 years since I decided to buy a decent sound system. Since I wanted to do a test before I take this money in hand, I went to a dealer. I came across Wendorff in my home town at the time. I was able to rehearse - was allowed to bring my own music - and turn it up. The overall package convinced me and after the second visit I ordered "my system". I haven't regretted making this investment to this day! Especially in the current time, when concerts tend not to take place, it is nice to be able to feel music at home too !!! .. :-D Should I have a need for "more music", I would take the more than 120 km - due to the move - into purchase and get advice there again! Super nice service, spontaneously had a free appointment, the staff was within 15 minutes with us, was very friendly and has solved the problem at the Sat dish in less than 30 minutes. Always my pleasure! :-)

This rating only refers to the "order service" of the company Wendorff. Have asked now about 14 days by phone to order a smaller electrical part. I was told here on the phone that the part was available in about 5-7 business days in the store. Here was assured that I would be informed about updates / changes in the order by phone. However, no recalls were made by the company at any time. It was much more that I only learned through targeted and repeated calls that the device had been ordered but never reached the store. Here, too, I called during the morning, but the colleague responsible for orders worked in the field. They secured a call back until late afternoon - there was no callback. Ultimately, the responsible MA could not tell me when the device arrives - it could take 7 days again. Service = 0. Since I am not ready to wait 3 weeks for an electrical part, I ordered the part independently from Conrad - it reached me after 2 days at home. Conclusion: The regional retail shoots itself with such behavior in the end. It is an impossibility that it is easier for me as a customer to order the necessary part within a few days than a specialist shop. Especially the customer service (no recalls, no updates, no idea when the part arrives) annoys me here. It is quite possible that the profit on such a part is minimal, but it does not entice further, possibly expensive part to order at this company.
