After almost 2 years waiting for the delivery of a sofa, I unfortunately had to cancel the order because there was no end in sight. During this time, the owner's creative reasons were at most amusing, which is why the sofa could not be delivered (e.g. leather shortage). Active customer information or even a final apology was obviously only a wish of a now ex-customer.
