The advice was very friendly and technically competent. The agreed delivery date was met. The managing directors personally delivered the bed from Flensburg to Berlin and set it up professionally on site.

I am very pleased. Good advice, quick setup. I returned a mattress because I found it too soft - it was easily exchanged for another.

Stay away from this company! I ordered a dormiente mattress from this company. First, the goods were not delivered on the agreed day without notification. And next week we got a completely different mattress model with a different cover! When my wife called the company, the shopkeeper didn't listen and just hung up on the phone. Totally unprofessional!

In the fall we ordered a bed from Tempur including a mattress at a good price, the advice and "looking after" from the manager was great. Delivery date should be about 48 KW. Delivered by the freight forwarder at the end of the 49 KW; justifiable. However, we were not informed as agreed two weeks in advance and had to ask for any information about a possible delivery date and so it was simply delivered and I happened to be at home to guard the goods alone in the front yard. May have can also mean a fee-based alternative delivery date for us. In addition to the bed and mattresses, it was agreed that 2 pillows for trial lying (one of which should be bought by us) were sent, which were noted on the delivery note but did not arrive. When asked by the managing director, they were sold out and will come back next week. But apparently not to us. On January 17th I then asked the managing director again by e-mail when the pillows are coming, or he should name the models, because we now want to get them ourselves. This email was no longer replied to; maybe now after this recession. The lasting impression for me is that as long as you act as a potential customer you will be well looked after, but as soon as you have paid for it with service, you can only hope that there will be no complaint.
