Good advice, quality, delivery reliability and service were what I was looking for when I wanted to buy a new kitchen. I have been to several kitchen studios, but the kitchen house was convincing and so I ordered my kitchen there. From planning to measuring, dismantling the old kitchen and installing the new one - everything went perfectly and all employees were extremely friendly. Price-performance ratio was also top. Only the latest electrical appliances were offered - I was offered "discontinued models" by a competitor whose price was almost the same, as I was able to determine through Internet research. This should also be taken into account when making a comparison. I can recommend the Küchenhus unreservedly.

The service may be ok, but if the delivery time is 4 months, you can build a kitchen yourself. Long live the moose! :-) Dear kitchen house, if your suppliers need 8-12 weeks and your assembly team then another 4 weeks, that's 4 months. According to your colleague, if you ordered a kitchen in September, it could only be installed in January. Makes 4 months for the customer. Perhaps you are not responsible for the delivery times of your suppliers, but that's exactly what you choose.

I found the kitchen house through recommendation. As soon as I entered it, I had a good feeling. Very nicely decorated, nice staff. During my consultation, the kitchen advisor took three hours to give me detailed advice so that I could plan a custom-fit kitchen with me within the framework of our budget and the ideas and wishes. He demonstrated many of my ideas to me using samples and I could see what could work and what wouldn't. The whole implementation process went very well despite Corona, we postponed the date again and that also worked. The installation by the in-house kitchen builder was so stress-free and two subsequent appointments, because parts were delivered defective, worked without any problems. We are very happy with our kitchen and the service is remarkable. I can recommend the Küchenhus with a clear conscience. Thanks to the team.

We would like to thank Frank Neubauer's kitchen house Flensburg and his team for their great work. Starting with the planning, where our wishes were fully taken into account and subtle recommendations were made by the owner, who must have a clue ;-), who then convinced us to plan our kitchen that way. We had samples at home to see our color choices better in our open kitchen. Our new kitchen is in our eyes a "real" dream that we only had to look forward to for a very short time, even during Corona. Friends who ordered in another kitchen house had to wait 4 weeks longer. The installation was delayed by one day due to delivery problems, but Astrid - thank you very much for your fast flow of information - always informed us quickly so that we could plan with it. We were immediately informed of an installation error and corrected in a very short time. We can only thank you very much for the open and correct way of working together and recommend the kitchen house to others at any time.
