Super professional advice, planning and implementation. The seller took a lot of time and dealt with our requests in detail and was very familiar with all the technical devices. After placing the order, we immediately got an installation plan and a 3D view. In addition, Schulenburg, Roller u. Co not keep up with the price. The kitchen came on time and was installed properly and cleanly. After installation, the seller came for acceptance and was able to answer all questions. My next kitchen would buy there again without comparison. Special thanks go to Finn Hübner and Mr. Komnik.

Good things in advance: nice friendly fitters - good carpentry - everything else without words: We happily ordered our new kitchen in Studio Hansen - the assembly took place at the end of February and now 10 months later it is still not finally finished. Various obstacles had to be bridged already during installation. On the part of the advice, there were minor planning errors - but these could be clarified afterwards - only the correction took a few months! Ordered additional parts such as missing lights / twistpad and much more were missing on delivery - the oven was unusable because it was not permanently installed, which was done six weeks later, although we still live almost next door ..... In the beginning it was not the problem for us in the hope that everything else would be done without any problems, we paid promptly with a little retention - unfortunately !!!! A large error - subsequent emails, agreements, firm commitments to remedy the defect (just aligning the fronts has not been completely completed to date) or even agreed appointments were partially made. completely ignored - unbelievable and an incomprehensible company philosophy. A last chance, driven by us, a last meeting took place in November with the promise to find a conclusion by Christmas - unfortunately we never heard anything again ... total silence ..... Now only the way to the lawyer remains .
