The nursing staff is very friendly and nice but totally understaffed. The food is good too. Only there are no doctors and rounds because you can be forgotten for 2 to 3 days without a visit to the room. Especially gyno, patients with acute problems have been forgotten for days, examinations are forgotten, treatments are postponed, nothing is done. One wonders what one has to pay the doctors to be treated in this hospital. The only thing that counts here is money, not people.

Very good emergency room, good patient care. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got the impression that everyone knew. There was also a laugh. I think it's important!

Unfortunately, I have to warn you all !!! I brought my seriously injured father from Denmark to Flensburg after an accident at work (tibia fracture with torn ligament). The Danish doctor ordered a lying transport. The emergency room was completely overcrowded (everyone will probably come with a hay fever). My father had his surgery the day before and was to be transported by taxi in the evening for another 500km on the back seat (!!!) - the doctor ordered (broken German!). Only with my help we got a mooring overnight, because it was irresponsible. After about 5.5 hours - after finding out that my father stays in the hospital for one night - the doctor asks for the first time what happened. During this time he did not even get a water or was asked for pain. That's a mess! One day later, a Moroccan doctor was "working". Only with emphasis we got a transfer to Hamburg with a patient transport. He also said that we should take a TAXI or a train (I repeat: the OP with metal plates was ONE day before!). The discharge report also contains lies such as that the wound was dry or chilled. This is a cruel lie and impudence at the same time: nothing was cooled and the wound was not looked at. Unbelievable stay. We hope that we do not have to experience such a horror trip again and strictly discourage from the hospital! LG to all patients because "out there"

Unfortunately can not write anything positive about this hospital. Nurses and interns do doctors and doctors ask the question: what went wrong with education ..? I could also report badly about my remaining visits to the hospital, but I do not feel like it anymore and can only hope for you that you do not have to go there ..
