I want to vehemently contradict two comments. One is "J.S.", the other is the so called "Test Esser". What you can think of as of a so called "fake". I am friend with a man who had been a client of this law firm in the days of Mr. Egbert Smollich. All mandates were later taken over by Mr. Jan Smollich. Justifiably, this man was sentenced with 7 years of imprisonment. An economic crime, which this man has completely admitted by himself. Unfortunately, in Eastern Europe. Mr. Jan Smollich has cared for this man all the time with all his possibilities & all his competences from Germany as best as he could do. Mr. Jan Smollich helped this man without any cost foundation. Mr. Jan Smollich & his law firm were always there for him. Always. And with the utmost confidence in his person in cooperating with the investigating organs of states. This man of whom I speak, he is reachable through the law firm Smollich & Kayser. He keeps himself, however, from the point of view of economic & political reasons in the background. Thank you for your respectful attention to Mr. Jan Smollich & his law firm. MM

very good and nice lawyer, always available and answers quickly. Appointments can be arranged quickly and easily. When I need a lawyer again, Mr. Smollich will be my first point of contact.

On the recommendation of a colleague, I turned to Mr Smollich's law firm and was not disappointed. I was welcomed nicely by the secretary on the day of my appointment. I didn't have to wait long. Mr. Smollich took time for my concerns and advised me competently and in detail. The further handling of my case was problem-free and flawless. Thumbs up . Thank you

Very incompetent people !!! For 1 min. Advice 120 euros collected !!! And not done !!! Very bad job and very expensive !!! Please take care!!!

I contacted Jan Smollich about a travel law matter. My email was answered very quickly and a subsequent telephone appointment was quickly organized. Mr. Smollich (ADAC contract lawyer) answered all of my questions and helped me a lot. Both the secretariat and Mr. Smollich are super nice and you feel in good hands. If I have to take further steps in my case, I will be happy to contact lawyer Jan Smollich. I highly recommend the firm. Thank you again .....
