We were with Mr. Ascherfeld and doesn't take long to notice that they care a lot about people and that they have a kind and helpful personal. But the most important, he is more than competent and experienced in his field. We felt immediately more comfortable and calm after his suggestions. Totally recommended!

Not to be recommended ... my impression; Mr. Ascherfeld only collects a consultation fee from the insurance company and showed little or no commitment to seriously look after my interests. Despite my repeated requests, there was no movement in the matter. Instead, the same questions always followed, which I had already answered in detail orally and in writing. Without result. After a year I asked for my documents back, which I then received by return of post. I could have saved myself going to see him. (Head shake)
