If I read comments here like "The accessibility, both by telephone and by email were flawless", then it can only be a matter of purchased comments. -> Which underlines the lack of confidence. The hotline is definitely not available or can only be reached with luck, that's an objective fact. People are also mocked. First it says "Please wait a moment, we will be there for you", after 10 minutes the line is simply disconnected. Dear Stadtwerke Flensburg: Of course you would like to do without a telephone call, but unfortunately the entire course of business requires personal clarification.
