BILLS for nothing

Disastrous customer service. I have been trying to reach the hotline for 4 days at different times. After 30 minutes in the waiting loop you are suddenly thrown out "call us another time". There is no response to mail. Never again!

Just to prevent any "toad": NO, I am not bought and I do not work for the public utility either! I was ALWAYS served in a friendly manner in the customer center, and all employees were friendly and helpful on the phone. I've been with the public utility company for years and I'm extremely satisfied!

Change of electricity provider: Kind, friendlier, friendliest. Very hard-working and committed, one and the other can learn a thing or two from it. Worth 5 stars for me.

Top customer service in the field of electricity tariffs! Not only that there is a cheap 100% eco-tariff. Now the conditions for my tariff have been improved, a short email was enough and I was able to adopt these new conditions. Without a long back and forth, without a lot of bureaucracy. This is how customer service works!
