Since the admissions office is unable to provide a service to citizens, I finally decided to give it to the ladies from the admissions service Tönjes and lo and behold, with the same documents I had my admission back in these difficult times within 24 hours. The times service + performance. And the price is just fair

Outrageous dealings with customers. Due to the restrictions in the admissions office by Covid-19, I decided to inquire at an admissions service, because they had reserved appointments well in advance. This leads to waiting times of> 3 weeks for private individuals. When asked by telephone and asked if I needed a reservation, I was convincingly informed a week in advance that I could simply come over to hand in the documents. As discussed, I appeared on Monday morning. With statements like: "Last week was last week, today is today." And "I can't do anything about that either, it won't be this week anymore", I was unkindly informed that the needs of car dealerships have become a priority. There was no apology or interest in finding a solution. It is understandable that the rush might not have been foreseeable. The handling of the situation was underground and is the reason for the assessment of a hoped-for, but unfortunately nonexistent service. I will go somewhere else in the future and recommend this to other potential customers.
