We came to the hotell late, and used the self check-in, and then after one try the maschine stoped working.. We had to book in to another hotel, and I called Ibis the next morning. The ladie in the reseption was so rude, and had no understanding, and she said I could come and use the room from 08.30 to 12.00?? And that next time, I will now what to do if the situation happens again.. she even started laughing at me. So bad service. Unbeliveble... I dont care about the money, but I care about how people speak to me, and I know for sure that this is not how you give good service and speak to people..

Greta budget hotel located in downtown Flensburg, just across from the main bus station and near the main shopping street. The room I got was large sleeping two grownups and a child, as there was a bunk on top of the main bed. Nice clean room, nice bathroom with showers. Toilet was separate from the shower, if you are couple in the morning in a hurry you can get you bathroom needs done at the same time. Ibis did not have parking, there was plenty of parking garages near the hotel.

Very decent, bare-bones hotel. Clean. Breakfast was nice with fresh buns and cereal options as well as boiled eggs and a nice assortment of meat and cheese. No hairdryer in the room. Atmosphere and room aesthetics leave much to be desired but let's be honest, that's not what you're here for.
