They are always friendly and there is never any waiting time. The practice has a good selection of exercise machines/tools. As well as plenty of staff members. For patients who need physiotherapy but don't have a German doctors prescription the prices are ok. They also offer home visits in case you don't want to or can't go there. Only negative aspect is if you are using gym equipment slightly better audio equipment would be great. I find it always more fun and relaxing if there is some music in the background
