She has had allergic asthma for many years, and she also has deaf status, which makes life difficult for her, especially now in Corona times, due to the lack of understanding by people. For them it is a real gauntlet. A pre-judge also noticed the unpleasantness of the staff. Armed with her mask release certificate, my friend was in the shoe house. My friend had no corona symptoms in any way, neither cold nor flu. In the shoe shop there was no customer in the room except for the saleswoman. Nevertheless, the saleswoman insisted on a mask and referred my friend to the shop even though there was no customer in the shop, so that at least the minimum distance was granted over a large area. On the way back from town, my friend came back to the shoe store because she wanted to show her certificate. The saleswoman did not want to see the certificate when she asked for the second time. When I asked the manager, my friend should have been rude, according to the saleswoman. It's a shame that this is the argument for an almost deaf woman. My friend is definitely not rude, she simply doesn't hear what people say because of her deaf status.
