Super nice saleswoman. Top advice
Very unfriendly service. A clear lack of quality in three-month-old shoes (heels simply fell off) were called normal wear with the note that the shoemaker should put them on again. Thanks for nothing. An unfortunate and absolutely incomprehensible way of dealing with customers. The last time we went to Görtz was in the spar passage.
