Only bad. No telephone availability, no pick-up possible and unacceptable, that is NOT delivered on Saturdays. Especially on this day, many are free and waiting for the package.

Dear DPD, Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be your goal. You can't even update your website with your parcel shop opening hours! Would you like an example? For the branch in Flensburg at Liebigstrasse 15, you indicate on your website as opening hours 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In fact, I was there at 8 a.m. today, just to find a sign showing the changed opening hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)! However, since the front door was open, I was so brazen and went inside. In the "Parcel Shop" I found 6 employees who all stared at me in amazement. I presented my request - picking up a package - and was verbally confronted with the changed opening hours. The different information on the website did not interest your more than rude employee at all. When I asked if I should go again, I got a clear "yes" answer. Dear DPD team, I have had enough of you and your non-existent service and will definitely no longer use your "services" or make online purchases with DPD delivery anymore. THANK YOU.
