I would have liked to book with you for 10 days on business in November. The rooms are presented very well on Booking.com. But when I read the answer with the words "all the best and never honor us again" after an objectively presented criticism by a guest, it became clear to me; I'm not allowed to go here. I'm sorry, but such a statement is not only daunting but also highly unprofessional.

This review refers to the apartment "Willi Wassersleben", which is managed by fewo 1846. It is one of those typical apartments where you say Wouw at first glance. It is bright, spacious, has a beautiful interior and the view of the fjord is (almost) perfect. In this respect, you get a really good impression when entering. The furnishings (furniture) are great, everything seems to be relatively new. There is well-functioning W-LAN, a radio, a (small) television with a program that can be received well. We also had the feeling (although apparently a dog apartment) that everything was freshly washed. I only had a small outbreak of allergies after falling asleep on the comfortable sofa. I suspect that there are still particles of dog hair left here. Second look: Even though I'm not Dwayne Johnson, I could barely sit on the toilet. On the left is a wall, on the right a washbasin base cabinet, and in between you are literally cooped up. My wife (1.72 m, 63 kg) couldn't sit well there either, which made me personally relieved (you don't feel so fat). If the cupboards were new and nice to look at on the outside, you will find items in the cupboards and drawers that are really not worthy of being in an apartment offered on booking.com. The coated frying pans completely scratched, the cheapest plastic bowls, coffee machine just as underground as the kettle (plastic with heating wires inside). If you want to use this, you will be consuming a lifetime serving of bisphenol A in a few days. Knife not sharp, the peeler a joke, etc., etc. I don't want to list everything. It may well be that there are people who execute high-quality things quickly, but that must not lead to my (after all, expensive rented apartment) being equipped with furnishings from China. But what was even more blatant: When we arrived, the walls on the first floor of the apartment were being broken open with jackhammers. It's good that you are currently. Have to wear masks, otherwise you would probably choke on the dust on the way to the apartment (on the 2nd floor). The workers also seemed to speak neither German nor English. We'd still have Dutch, Spanish and French in our repertoire, but we didn't try ... The dirt spread throughout the house. Even in our apartment you could write in fine dust on the ceramic hob of the stove. The rental agency in 1846 was not interested, only a "Sorry" and "I would have a smaller apartment for you." The owner would have "forgotten something again". Apparently you only wrote her an SMS. But then she called us quickly. In the meantime I had already made inquiries at another hotel, but my wife wanted to stay .. I described the circumstances to the landlady. Then apparently the stairwell was cleaned quite quickly. But it was not over ... the construction work continued and culminated on the day of departure when the water was turned off around 8:50 am !! My wife had just showered and I wanted to get ready. She is then down to a gentleman (owner of the construction company?), Who then annoyed said we had 20 minutes left, then the water would be turned off for the rest of the day. By then, at the latest, our patience ran out. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!! Never again that apartment !! Edit: The shortcomings I described were also noticed by other guests. You just have to look at the reviews on booking.com (toilet only for hobbits, etc.). A phone call would gradually have failed. In the 20 minutes that we had after turning off the water, we cleaned ourselves and the dishes! A reference to this on the first phone call would have been helpful in the matter. Or a note in the stairwell. Other residents were also really angry and can confirm my lines.

We had rented the apartment "Ahoi Marie - in Flensburg" to attend a wedding. The wedding was canceled due to Corona. According to the lease, cancellation fees were charged for the apartment in the event of a cancellation (€ 340 for 3 nights). Several inquiries as to whether the landlord could imagine accommodating us with the rather high cancellation fees, if there is a replacement rental on the date we canceled, were not answered at all (despite multiple contacts) and later answered negatively. As I could see from the booking portal BOOKING.COM, the landlord was still let the apartment at our original date. We then contacted the landlord again and asked to be accommodated. At first we did not get any feedback (emails, phone calls). At some point it was possible for us to coordinate. The cancellation fee of € 340/3 nights was adhered to. Legally, this is okay, morally, this is not a good commercial practice. No damage was caused to the landlord by a loss of rent. Instead, profits are made from the corona crisis at this point. For this reason the apartment "Ahoi Marie - Flensburg" is not recommended for us. A pity!!!

Everything was great, thanks for the nice clean apartment, which was also very modern and newly furnished.
