I was at the DB Service Center in Flensburg this evening for information. It was empty there, no long queues and a very pleasant atmosphere by the two staff, especially because it looked very well kept. Mr. Müller advised me and was extremely courteous and friendly. I would like to come back here!

Here you are always friendly and immediately helped. Unfortunately, the queue is sometimes quite long which of course can be due to the good advice.
