Reisebüro Weiche helped us find a really nice holiday for the summer of 2020. Unfortunately, Corona put an end to our planned trip, so this review does not go on the actual travel experience, but on the fantastic help and customer service Susanne and co. delivered. Pga. The Corona confusion there were some challenges with the airline itself, but with a tenacious effort from Susanne, we eventually got the trip canceled and all the money back.
We have no doubt that the next trip will be at Reisebüro Weiche, where we clearly feel we are in safe and competent hands. At Reisebüro Weiche, they both speak and write good Danish, so communication is never a challenge.
We would like to thank the team at the Weiche travel agency for great advice in times of Corona. We had a great vacation in Crete. The hotel recommendation was top and the all-round support with regard to formalities and entry requirements was very helpful. We will definitely book the next trip through the travel agency in Weiche.
