After several good experiences I have now had a very negative experience. Car reserved and driven there for free because there were no cars available despite written confirmation. Pity

I completed online rezervasyon, and when I pick it up they tell me there are no more trucks. It's a ridiculous company and branch. Employee was very, very, very unfriendly, even disrespectful! Never again!
