Not available for traveller, avoid him. I remain from Saturday in Alzey with a defection and I was heaving a ferry to take on Tuesday and when I was to him 8:00 in the morning after 2 days in this town he respond to as is going to check lesen! to check the problem on the afternoon so if you are going to order some to your car..... after 5,6,7 days maybe your car is going to be ready!! Very unfriendly peoples!!

Had an accident just before Christmas. Mr. Hartmann towed my car. The waiting time was surprisingly short. I also felt well advised. I never had the feeling that someone wanted to talk me into something. The repair was great. Will use Mr. Hartmann's service for inspection and repair in the future.
